Founded in 2010 by Alex Gong, Australian Select Timbers has blossomed under his leadership. Driven by a love for engineered timber flooring, Alex believes natural hardwood variations create the perfect base for stunning interiors.
Starting small in a 300-square-meter Braeside, Victoria warehouse, Australian Select Timbers has flourished. Today, they boast over 10,000 square meters of space across two warehouses. This expansion allows them to offer a vast selection – 14 flooring brands with 30 collections – including timber, hybrid, laminate, vinyl, and even coordinated floor care and accessory lines.
Grand Oak Noble
Our premium grade European Oak Flooring is manufactured with the latest German machinery, to produce a precision engineered floor that will last the test of time. Setting the standard, Grand Oak Noble Collection packs contain only 1900 mm long boards with no short lengths , thus ensuring a high end finish to the floor, wall or ceiling aesthetic. Grand Oak Noble Collection has a 3 mm solid oak wear layer which is stabilised by a multiply core. This produces a floor that is environmentally and dimensionally stable for our harsh Australian conditions.
Grand Oak Monarch

Inspired by classic French design, Grand Oak Herringbone Collection highlights the natural and enduring beauty of Oak from modern contemporary to classical heritage spaces. Each individual 750 mm x 150 mm herringbone board’s textured grains, are highlighted in this timeless parquet style completed in a pre-finished UV lacquer. Six stunning colours are available in this spectacular collection.
